Please keep in mind that most Anna Marilice pieces have a fine design which means some flexibilty in the silver. This might cause some deformation when treated roughly. It's adviced to be careful wearing and storing the fine jewelry.
Shipping
We ship to locations worldwide. All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Shipping costs are determined by location.
Returns
-Items bought on sale are not returnable for exchange or refund. All sales are final.
-The customer has the right to return new (unworn or unused) goods within 14 days of receival. Goods should be returned in their original packaging. They are to be unused other than for the purpose of trying on for fitting. If there is evidence to suggest that the goods have been used to a degree such as to decrease the value of the product, the customer loses his/her right to exercise a return. The 14-day-period shall commence after receipt of this instruction (e.g. via e-mail, fax), but in any event no earlier than the receival of the goods by the customer. In order to comply with the 14-day-period, it shall be sufficient for the products in question to have been dispatched as new and unused within this period.
-The shipping charges for the return are at the buyer’s expense.
Damages
If you receive a damaged item please contact us immediately. All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon receiving your order, please send an email to [email protected] with images and a detailed description of the damage. You will receive an address to return the product.
